Potential New Housing Development in Worton
Grass Roots Planning Ltd and LVA are proposing up to 50 homes on Worton High Street, opposite Primrose View. Public consultation begins 8 July at worton-proposals.com. The Parish Council has submitted a response to Grass Roots and Worton residents are also encouraged to comment.

A group called Grass Roots Planning Ltd and LVA, the company that initiated the housing scheme at what is now Primrose View, are looking to bring forward proposals for a residential development of up to 50 homes on agricultural land north of the high street at the end of the village opposite Primrose View.
Some households in the village will have received a leaflet from them stating that public consultation starts on 8th July and that they welcome feedback. Worton Parish Council have submitted a response to the planning application which can be accessed below.
A consultation website will go live from 8th July, www.worton-proposals.com.
This is an initial proposal which in time, no doubt will turn into a formal planning application.
